Maps + Visualizations

It is becoming easier and easier to find and visualize data on urban areas. City-specific data is readily available through government websites, and multiple online platforms - like Mapbox, Leaflet, and Mapzen - allow the layering of multiple data sources onto geographic maps. The question then is not whether, but rather how can we use these tools to display and analyze meaningful information?
